Insert either Tiberian Sun CD into your CD drive. Using XCC Mixer, navigate to the CD's root directory. Open scores.mix. I tryed that but its not working. Im trying to convert the Sam site supgrade which is called "gactwr_s.shp in the snow.mix. Im using the unitsno.pal, which is the correct pallete. I did as you said and right clicked on it and chose, "Copy as PCX." And at the bottom of the XCC mixer it says, "Copy gactwr_d succeeded."

I've had this happen in Win7 too, having changed nothing Mixer would not add files to a mix, flipping admin on/off didn't fix. One solution was to keep multiple copies of Mixer, in my case the 1.46 version would still work when the 1.47 stopped working.
