Basically, a clone of the Centech pinpointer, but reduced in size. I'm currently playing with the idea of a bigger PCB, to directly attach the wand, and board-mount 9v connectors. If I can figure it out, I'll encase the thing in polyester resin.

I'm almost finished with this thing just need to make my handle and plug up some holes, I have an on/off switch and a vibrating motor going to be installed in/on the handle, i'll mount the box to my machine and have to figure out a holder for the probe on my detector shaft, i suppose a piece of pvc are there some kind of clamps i can buy for the probe, like the sunray?

I'm just suggesting that -- since relays only draw 0.5a to trigger -- you COULD use a separate, switched Centech circuit for that. But you're right: you COULD plug BOTH the power wire AND the trigger wire, for a farkle, into the +tive side of the Centech, and then plug the ground wire for the SAME farkle into the -ive side of the SAME Centech ...
